Browsing the website

This package contains no forms, customer accounts, advertising trackers or analytics tools. Images, scripts and fonts are local. It sets no cookies and stores no data in your browser.

Technical data

When the website is hosted, the hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses, connection times and requested pages to deliver and secure the website. The provider, processing locations and log retention period must be specified once hosting is selected.

Email contact

If you email us, your email address, message and information you provide are used to handle and answer your request. They may be processed by the email provider. They are retained for as long as needed to follow up on your request, subject to statutory retention requirements.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data within the limits of applicable law by emailing info@swissgoodie.ch. Proportionate identity verification may be required. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

This notice will be updated with the seller’s identity, hosting and email providers, processing countries and any safeguards for transfers abroad. When orders are enabled, the data required for payment and delivery, recipients and retention periods will be disclosed before collection.
